Release & Abandonment Agreement

I, the undersigned, hereby voluntarily and unconditionally release all rights, title, and interest in the personal electric vehicle associated with the invoice referenced above (“the PEV”) to Kinetic PEV, LLC, effective as of the date signed.

I acknowledge that I was given reasonable opportunity to retrieve the PEV and have chosen not to do so. By signing this document, I understand that Kinetic PEV, LLC assumes full ownership of the PEV and may dispose of, donate, sell, recycle, or otherwise handle the vehicle at their sole discretion.

I release Kinetic PEV, LLC from any and all claims, demands, or liability related to the PEV following the execution of this agreement. I confirm that I am the lawful owner of the PEV and have full authority to release it.

Waive outstanding diagnostic / service balance Optional

Any outstanding balance associated with the referenced invoice is hereby canceled and forgiven by Kinetic PEV, LLC in consideration of this vehicle release. No further payment is owed by either party.
